12. Laboratoires BOIRON's liability

The services offered on the Site by BOIRON comply with current legislation and regulations. Any links on the Site to external sites are provided for information purposes only. BOIRON cannot be held responsible for the content of these external sites.

Under no circumstances may BOIRON or any other party involved in the creation and operation of the Site be held liable for damages caused by access to, use of or inability to access or use the Site or any sites linked to it. These GCU may be modified by BOIRON in order to take into account changes linked to current national or international legislation or to developments in the software used to set up the Site.

14. General

If any part of these terms should be found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or terms shall be declared non-existent and the remaining terms shall retain their full force and scope and continue to be enforceable.

15. ANSM Charter

The information contained on the Site has been drawn up in compliance with the 'Charter for Internet Communication by Pharmaceutical Companies' published by the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines (ANSM). BOIRON reserves the right to modify or delete, at any time, information made available on this Site in order to bring it into compliance with regulations.

16. Applicable law

These GCU are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and the French version of the GCU shall prevail
