This page is not a help page, but a declaration of compliance with RGAA 4.0, which aims to define the general level of accessibility observed on the site in accordance with the regulations. This page is mandatory to comply with RGAA 4.0.

What is digital accessibility?

The collection of your personal data is based on Boiron's legal obligation to comply with decree no. 2019-768 of July 24, 2019 relating to the accessibility of online public communication services to people with disabilities.
In its capacity as data controller, Boiron undertakes to process such data in accordance with the regulations in force concerning the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 and Law nᵒ 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions you may exercise the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to limit processing, by contacting BOIRON's Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the following address: dpo@boiron.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
