June 1987: Entry of BOIRON shares to the Second Marché of the Lyon Stock Exchange.
June 1992: Issue of a convertible bond issue for 22.93 MEUR.
November 1994: Admission of BOIRON shares to the SBF 250 index.
June 1996: Advance reimbursement of the convertible bond issue.
May 1999: Share repurchase programme launched.
November 2000: End of share repurchase programme launched in May 1999.
December 2001: Integration of BOIRON shares in the NextPrime segment of EURONEXT Paris.
